Who are we ?
When you order something online, you wait, and the moment you open the package you think: "Wait… is this it?" if that's ever happened to you, you already know why we started.
Khanaton isn't a giant company in a glass tower. We're people who got burned by online shopping just like you. So when we decided to open our own store, we asked ourselves one question:
"If we were the ones ordering, what would we want to happen?"
That answer shaped everything.
The part you don't see ..
What you order isn't sitting in someone else's warehouse on the other side of the world, and we don't order it after you pay.
It's right here on our shelf, waiting for you.
When your order comes in:
- One of us picks it up by hand.
- We check the expiry date, because a product that's "still good" isn't good enough. It should reach you at its best.
- We make sure it's exactly what you chose: same type, same size, same shade.
- We pack it like it's going to someone we know. Because by now, it is.
Then it leaves us and heads straight to you. No long detours, no surprises.
Small things that make all the difference
- Every product comes from its official source. No "high copy," no "just like the original."
- What's in the description is what you'll get. We won't oversell to make a sale.
- And if anything goes wrong, a damaged item, a mistake, or even just a question, someone will get back to you. A real person, not an automatic reply.
Nothing goes on our site unless we'd buy it ourselves.
